Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing plant manufacturing activities, equipment and facilities ensuring business objectives are met. Accountable for all aspects of plant performance so that objectives are attained in a cost-effective manner that's consistent with quality requirements. Delegates authority to key supervisors in production, manages all functions involves, directs and coordinates operations for the plant. Drives continuous improvement and optimization of all aspects of all processes to exceed our clients' expectations.

NEI employs a reliable and trained Maintenance Manager to maintain, repair and replace NEI production and other equipment safely. Maintenance Manager monitors assets on an ongoing basis carrying out daily, weekly, monthly and annual preventative maintenance procedures. Maintenance Manager recommends, oversees and/or performs needed equipment repairs and upgrades. Maintenance Manager has a positive attitude, works as efficiently as possible, pays attention to detail and has excellent communication skills. The work is fast paced, demands quick thinking, solid decision making and changes rapidly.

NEI relies upon an innovative, educated, experienced and well-organized staff to perform essential functions of the NEI program. A positive attitude, desire to work as efficiently as possible, attention to detail and excellent stakeholder-facing communication skills are required. The work is fast paced, demands quick thinking, solid decision making and changes rapidly. Document Control/SQF Auditor must make numerous far reaching decisions quickly and multitask without being overwhelmed. Continuous training and development are integral to this role as are flexibility and ability to engage with team as needed. This role holds leadership and reporting responsibilities.

A positive attitude, desire to work as efficiently as possible, attention to detail and excellent stakeholder-facing communication skills required. The work is fast-paced, demands quick thinking, solid decision making and changes rapidly. Production staff members can operate effectively with little or no supervision, function well as part of a team and multi task without being overwhelmed. Continuous training and development are integral to this role as are flexibility and availability for overtime if needed. This role is actively engaged in production activities.
